Kundalini Bodywork

Kundalini Bodywork is a holistic practice that changes the bodies vibration by working on 3 levels at the same time, the physical, mental and emotional, or the heart, mind and soul.


Dense emotions and chi are literally taken out of the body transformed and then pulled back in as we clear the pathway of Kundalini integrating masculine and feminine energies to unify in the 3rd eye.


The practice includes:

  • energetic bodywork
  • emotional/body de-armouring
  • shadow work
  • non-dual psychology
  • pranayama & breathwork practices

The work combines Tantric and Taoist practices with western science while being deeply rooted in Buddhist philosophy. Sessions generally last between 1 to 3 hours. It is suggest after the introduction session to book between 3 and 6 more sessions.


You are encouraged and taught in sessions to create your own self practice as you learn to use your breath and energy to transform your vibration.


Kundalini Bodywork works with you wherever you are at, be it depressed and wanting to transform a lot of trauma and sadness in your life into pleasure and joy, or be it mostly healed after years of self development work and desiring to level up with higher versions of yourself, attracting and manifesting what you desire in life.


The practice is primarily given as a one-on-one therapy but it is also possible to work with small groups when adequate training, education and intention work is provided to the group first. Group work generally focus on Kundalini Activations as they are understood in the West: filling the body with chi and prana to clear the path of Kundalini, activating the whole energetic body to experience heightened states of consciousness. It is important to focus on transforming major trauma’s before activating someones energy.

Kundalini Bodywork teaches us universal law and programs universal law into the body so our outside environment really reflects our internal environment.

Kundalini is our divine life-force energy, when it is active and our energy centres are open we are engaged and excited by life.

After the session people usually express feelings of contentment and peace; feeling lighter in their emotional body and relaxed in their physical body. Stressfull thoughts seem to disappear and new pathways emerge. People report that mental and emotional blockages dissolve and they feel like they can think more clearly and creativity, often feeling a new inspiration for life itself.

A yogini, a seeker, a creatrix, an avid reader, a believer in possibilities, a world traveller with a passion for living in exotic and faraway places.

Hobbies include diving into the deeper recesses of the mind, improv theatre, drinking coffee, watching sunsets, geeking out on self development and exploring ancient wisdom teachings on a quest for freedom.

My desire for freedom has led me along an unusual and colourful life path filled with experience, adventure and personal growth. I am a life coach. I teach yoga, fitness and facilitate sound mediations. I am curious and I love to travel. I lived in India for 12 years before I moved to the UAE, where I currently reside in Dubai. Even though I am driven by this desire to wander and explore the entire world as well as the inner workings of the mind, people still describe me as being grounded and stable.

I have completed Level 1 & 2 of the KBW trainings. I believe this work is powerful beyond measure. It acts as a navigational tool on the path to personal peace and freedom.
