Experiencing deep relaxation regularly is essential to be able to function at your peak performance. Our modern, over stimulated lives can make it changeling to shift our energy from active and preforming to receiving and letting go. The Sound Meditation experience is about using sound as a vehicle to take you to a deep relaxed state without complicating how to get there.
I offer Sound Baths using Tibetan Bowls and a Spirit Drum both these instruments are tuned to 432Hz.

Listening to 432Hz music resonates inside your body, releases emotional blockages, and expands consciousness. It allows you to connect to yourself and others in a more intuitive divine way. It promotes a deep fulfilling connection to the heart space allowing us to be more compassionate and loving as we go out into the world.

Tibetan Singing Bowls are hand-crafted by Monks who tune each bowl to 432 Hz.  A sequence of singing bowls are played, each one keyed to the energy centres (chakras) of the body, where sound nourishes the nervous system allowing the entire body to relax at a deeply profound level.  The resonance produced by these hand-crafted bowls can strengthen the immune system, lower heart rate and blood pressure, soothe pain and significantly reduce stress levels.  This allows your body to return to natural equilibrium while creating space for healing and insights.

Group Sessions:

During a group Sound bath, participants either sit or lie on the floor and relax in their own space.  Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience.  You just need to listen and receive. Most people close their eyes and go on an inward journey. Generally, a deep state of relaxation is achieved and some people will fall asleep.

A Sound bath may also be used as a meditation.  In this case participants focus their awareness on the sounds, guiding their attention back whenever they notice the mind has wandered away. For beginners, meditation often seems more accessible when it is a guided process.  The sound bath experience is about letting the sound take you to a deeper place making it easier to arrive in a relaxed state without complicating how to get there. Sound is the vessel and it allows you to explore and identify what a meditative state is and how it feels.  A sound bath is not only beneficial for beginners of meditation but seasoned practitioners can also gain from deep relaxation.

A sound bath can offer the perfect solution to combat the everyday stresses of modern life. It gives you the opportunity to go inward on your own terms.
