The Lady of Orada. She is waiting for us in Portugal. She sits in the meditation temple and is said to have healing properties along with the waters at Orada. This has been a stopping point for travellers for centuries.

This mornings ‘self activation’. The Energy I

This mornings ‘self activation’. The Energy I was holding in my hands was huge and very heavy. I couldn’t do anything other than hold it. I was weighing my hands both down and up at the same time. The whole session was an hour so I think I had this sensation for 20 minutes, it came in again at the end.

The entire time I was in this stillness there was Energy shooting out of my 3rd eye along with a colour stream. It looked like my 3rd eye was projecting colour into the space in front of me. These projections are becoming more clear and more intense.

I trust the process. I trust the energy. It is pure wisdom.
